Shipping Fees

Order Processing and Shipping Times

  • Order Processing Time:

    • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders are only shipped on business days, which do not include weekends or public holidays.
    • If you place an order after 12:00 PM PST, it may not be processed until the next business day.

  • Order Tracking:

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment.
    • You can also track your order by logging into your Fit Pariz account and checking the order status.

International Shipping

  • Customs and Import Duties:

    • For international orders, Fit Pariz is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees.

  • Restricted Countries:

    • Due to international shipping restrictions, we may not be able to ship to certain countries. If your location is not available during checkout, please contact us directly to inquire about alternative solutions.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Modifying Your Order:
    • Once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to make modifications to it. However, if you need to change your order (e.g., shipping address or item), please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Canceling Your Order:
    • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we begin processing and shipping your order, and cancellations may not be possible. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for assistance.

Undeliverable Packages

In the event that your order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim a package), we will contact you to arrange for a reshipment or issue a refund (minus any shipping costs). We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to errors in the shipping address provided.

Please make sure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is correct and complete. Fit Pariz is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information.
