Return Policy for Fitpariz

Thank you for shopping at Fitpariz! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please read the following return policy carefully to understand how to return your product and the conditions that apply.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date you received your order.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Custom or personalized orders

2. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning an item, please contact us at info@fitpariz.net or call (707) 762-5885 to initiate the return process. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 2: Pack the Item

Once you receive your RMA number, carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include all the accessories, manuals, and any other materials that came with the product.

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

Ship the returned product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. If we made an error with your order (such as shipping the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping as part of a promotion, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same procedure as a return and place a new order. We do not directly process exchanges but will gladly accept your returned item for a refund (as long as it meets our return criteria) and encourage you to place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting us, as this will help us expedite the process.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable. These items include but are not limited to:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise specified)
